Skilled Credentialed Early Interventionists or SCEIs is a collaborative of personnel dedicated to the training needs and professional development of Georgia’s early intervention personnel.  Previously housed at Georgia State University, the collaborative, representing various Early Intervention disciplines, now resides at Valdosta State University.

Project SCEIs is part of Georgia’s Comprehensive System of Personnel Development (CSPD) for Babies Can’t Wait (BCW), Georgia’s statewide inter-agency service delivery system for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. BCW is established by Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
